History

Incorporated in 2008, Prompt Training Limited is well established and works with some of the largest logistics companies in the UK. Hence the name, we started our journey delivering Driver CPC training. As a JAUPT approved training centre (AC00675) we continue to offer our customers a wide variety of approved courses. In 2009 we launched our Compliance division to support operators with managing the ever-changing DVSA legislation. Our interventions continue to help operators identify areas of non-compliance and address them as well as making ‘Best Practice’ recommendations. Prompt helps protect businesses and drivers from potential threats to the operator’s licence and/or professional driving qualification. We have built our reputation by developing and delivering industry leading solutions, working closely with our clients and reacting to their ever changing needs. In 2010 we launched our ‘Prompt Analysis Bureaux’ offering operators both analogue and digital tachograph analysis. In 2017 we gained ISO 9001:2015 certification. In 2017 we received approval from the DVSA as ‘Earned Recognition’ auditors.

Our Credentials

Our in-house team of industry specialists are fully qualified, on-trend and continually trained in current legislation. We also maintain membership of various trade associations (FTA & CILT) and keep in touch with DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) to ensure that we are entirely up to date with legislation, its application and enforcement.

All Prompt Auditors are fully qualified, holding as a minimum the Transport Manager ‘certificate of professional competence’. The team has many years’ combined relevant industry experience working in a variety of road transport positions spanning ex-enforcement, compliance management, logistics planning and group transport management.
